SUNQUEST ANNOUNCES ENHANCED WINTER FLIGHT PROGRAM.

Ten per cent more flights for Sunquest's 2012-2013 winter program compared to last year's Sunquest’s 2012-2013 flight program, with WestJet as the dedicated flying partner, offers 10 per cent more flights compared to last season.

The new flight program allows Sunquest to provide more frequent flights on key routes, better flight times and more flexible duration packages. All flights within the program are direct with no double drops. The enhanced flying schedule is aimed at improving the overall travel experience.

New this year, Sunquest is offering flights twice daily from Toronto to Jamaica, as well as daily flights from Toronto to Punta Cana and Toronto to Cancun. These commence on Oct. 28, 2012.

There are also flights from Toronto to Nassau four days a week, doubling last season’s frequency, also beginning on Oct. 28, 2012.

Additionally, 75 per cent of Sunquest’s flights this winter will occur between the hours of 8 a.m. and noon, with no southbound departures after 4 p.m. (based on departures from Canadian gateways), and no overly late returns.

The increased flying program also allows the ability to offer more flexible duration packages. Standard seven- and 14-night packages are available, as are three and four nights (to Nassau), and nine-,10-, 11- and 12-night packages to Jamaica, Cancun, Punta Cana, Aruba and Costa Rica.

Sunquest offers flights from the following 14 gateways across Canada: Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Kelowna, Moncton, Montreal, Ottawa, Regina, Saskatoon, Thunder Bay, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria and Winnipeg.
